Simplicity 5977 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

Misses' Blouse, Wide Leg Pants and Skirt ... Designer Fashion:

The blouse with front gathered at forward shoulder seams has back zipper, shirt type collar and long set-in sleeves gathered to armhole and buttoned cuffs. The wide leg pants and the skirt have a back zipper and waistband.

Bust     40  inches / 102 cm

Waist   32 inches / 81 cm

Hip       42 inches / 107 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some shelf wear and correction tape on the front.
